Allison Drake was born in Durham, North Carolina and has lived all over the Triangle. Prior to moving to Raleigh to attend Meredith College she briefly lived in Savannah, Georgia where she studied at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her artistic inspiration stems from her understanding of the world around her. she is constantly creating things ignite passion in her. Allison has been making art her whole life, there was never a time that she was not creating. Her favorite medium to work with is oil paints, though she is still exploring different techniques. Allison will graduate from Meredith College in Spring 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree.
